To register a return, please use our returns portal. Here, you will get your return label, which you can simply attach to the package and take to the respective parcel service provider.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods. The original shipping costs to you will not be reimbursed.
The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days after we have received the returned goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You, as the customer, bear the cost of the return unless the item is defective or faulty.
In the event of a withdrawal, we will provide you with a return label upon request, the cost of which will be charged to you. Alternatively, you can return the item at your own expense.
