Return & Withdrawal
To return your shipment, please use our Returns portal. Here you got your return label, which you simply attach to the package and take it to the respective parsel service provider.
Once we receive your return and work on it within 14 days, we will send you a confirmation email and you will receive a refund via the original payment method used. Please note that it may take a few days before the refunded amount is appear on your payment method.

Cancellation ConsequencesIf you cancel this purchase we are obliged to refund all payments that we received from you including delivery cost (but not additional costs that occurred due to you choosing a different delivery method than our proposed cheapest standard delivery). The refund has to be done immediately and latest within fourteen days from the day that we’ve received your message about the cancelled purchase. We will use the same method of payment for the refund that was used for the initial payment, unless otherwise agreed with you. You will not be charged any refund fees. We can decline the refund until we have received the returned goods or until we’ve received evidence that you’ve returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You are obliged to return the goods immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date you informed us about the cancellation of the purchase. To comply with that deadline, the returned goods have to be sent within that period. You are responsible for the return delivery costs of the goods. You are responsible for a value loss of the goods only, if this occurs due to a use of the goods which exceeds normal handling of the goods to observe their nature, properties and function.
