When can I expect my delivery?

Our delivery time to Switzerland is usually 2 - 3 working days. If your order is placed Monday to Friday before 12:00, we will dispatch it the same day. Public holidays are excluded.

How much are the shipping costs?

For orders of CHF 95.00 or more, we offer duty-free and free shipping to Switzerland (except for stands).

What does our 100 days right of return mean?
