Do I have to register to place an order?
You do not need to register for an account to place an order. If you do register, however, your address and order information will be safely stored to make future purchases easier, and also allows us to assist you more quickly with any order or shipping related inquiries.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the address you have provided. Once the order has left our warehouse, a follow-up email with tracking information will be sent.
What are your shipping costs?
Relax—shipping is free for all delivery addresses within the continental United States.
When can I expect my delivery?
We process all orders within 24-48 hours. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package and plan for the estimated arrival date.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
As soon as your delivery leaves our logistics center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number. UPS (our carrier) also allows you to sign-up for delivery alerts via the tracking page for your package. If for any reason you have not received your tracking number, please email us at store(at)lasiesta.com or call us at 786-401-1138 and one of our hammock enthusiasts will be more than happy to help you with your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept payment by credit card, but will soon expand to accept other forms of payment like PayPal and Apple Pay. Our encryption services and our strict information handling protocols mean that your information is always secure.

Are there any additional charges for ordering online?
No. Aside from sales tax (in the applicable states), there are no extra fees for ordering online.
How do I use my discount or coupon code?
Simply enter your discount code on the shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout.
I received the wrong item, the goods are damaged, or the product was otherwise not as expected. Can I return my order and receive a refund?
We want you to be happy and stress-free, which is why LA SIESTA accepts returns up to 14 days after the order has been delivered.
If you require a return for refund, simply contact us by phone at 786-401-1138 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a packing slip and a return shipping label. Once we receive your item(s) and inspect them to confirm that they are unused and in saleable condition, we will issue a credit for the full purchase price. Credit can only be done on the same card that was used for the purchase. If the item is returned in a used or unsaleable condition, your refund is subject to approval by management. For this reason, we highly recommend photographing the items before shipping them back, in case any damage occurs during shipping.
Please be sure to keep the box in which your package was sent so that you can use it in case of a return—this is not only easier for you, but also better for the environment.
Who pays for the return shipping?
No need to worry—return shipping is on us and is free of charge. Once you contact us to initiate a return, the shipping label will be provided to you via email.
