How to Care for your Baby Hammocks
Hammocks are mobile and really uncomplicated pieces of furniture. There are, however, a few things to bear in mind. Not every hammock is weather-proof. Don’t leave your cotton hammock out in the rain. Should this have happened accidentally, hang the hammock in an airy room to dry, don’t fold it when it is damp.
When installing your hammock, or taking it down, make sure its rather fine suspension strings do not get twisted or tangled. This is especially the case with Mexican hammocks as their suspensions consist of up to 200 very thin cords.
Most woven La Siesta – hammocks can be washed at 30°C. Kindly follow instructions in the folders attached to our products.
If your hammock has become wet by a rain shower or in the washing, please hang it up to dry as soon as possible.
